Staging
Staging is not design, staging is a marketing investment. Living in your home is very different from marketing and selling your house.
Design and redesign involve personalizing a home to a homeowner’s lifestyle and personal taste. While staging, or preparing your house for sale, involves depersonalizing a space so prospective buyers can imagine themselves living there. It is about selling the space as opposed to the decorating, and setting the scene in each room for the reason it was built.
